What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Warehouse Consultant position at Medasource?
Role: Caboodle/ Strata Opening
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote - Must be willing to work 8 - 5 CST
Start Date: Mid-February
Due to a recent change in their underlying Epic code, our client is facing an issue with Strata being able to ingest Clarity reports. We are seeking an individual to optimize the flow of reporting by removing redundancies in code, clean up the duplicate reports, and optimize the way the categorize these reports in the future.
Experience Required
- Experience rewriting data extracts using Caboodle data warehouse tables
- Map the Strata data fields and identify missing fields from Caboodle
- Build out missing fields using company standards
- Validate new field accuracy
- Write extracts using Caboodle
- Test and Validate files
- Epic certification with extensive experience in the HB and PB data models in Clarity and Caboodle.
- Experience writing and validating Caboodle extensions.
- Experience writing Strata extracts a must.
- Microsoft development tools used are SSMS, Visual Studio, and SSIS.
- Experience with Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience as a lead developer working in tandem with multiple internal teams, Specifically a Strata team (validating extracts), Reporting team (toolset, validation, extract SMEs), Caboodle Data Warehouse team (data model SMEs, validation).
- Fine tuning and code optimization.
