Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, flexible, and proactive End User Device Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in providing technical support during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of end-user devices, and supporting clinical applications such as Epic. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where flexibility, autonomy, and a broad technical skillset are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Proven experience in end-user device support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with clinical applications, particularly Epic, is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions technology integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in supporting Windows, Mac OS, and common business applications.
