- Availability to participate in go-live events and occasional off-hour support as needed.
Hybrid schedule:
- Teaching days – onboarding classes
- Every Monday morning (right now it rotates between 3 educators and sometimes a second one to help with big classes)
- 3 Wednesdays per month for multiple classes (only a couple people are not teaching those days)
- Project go-live days
- Depending on the project we do at-the-elbow support for 1 days
- Epic quarterly update go-lives
- 2-3 days each go-live. These happen 3-4 times per year.
- Requests for 1:1 help
- These are ticket requests that anyone on the team takes. It’s probably 1-2 per month for most educators. We have one person that works on site full time and takes most of them.
- On occasion
- Meetings where we’re requested to be in person
- Team days where we all decide to come in
- This is very rare, but on occasion someone has to jump in their car and come in to help someone if our on site person is busy or isn’t here, or if that team member is the expert in a given area.
- When we have the new timeline for Beaker, there will be several weeks where much of the team will be teaching multiple days per week.
- At some point we are likely to have one day per week where we’re all in the office together, but it hasn’t happened yet.
