About the Role
MEDASOURCE is looking for an exceptional Medical Affairs Strategy Specialist to drive the development and execution of our medical strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating integrated evidence generation plans, providing medical affairs input, and leading the Global Medical Affairs Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate and implement integrated evidence generation plans aligned with regional priorities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure medical affairs expertise.
- Drive strategy and execution within the Global Medical Affairs Team.
- Develop and execute publication strategies, including global publication plans.
- Promote JGS-funded medical initiatives, such as advisory boards and congress meetings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop robust integrated evidence generation plans for compounds in development.
- Oversee scientific communication and publication processes, ensuring adherence to Cross-Pharma Publication SOPs.
- Manage relationships with editorial staff, scientific societies, and vendors.
- Supervise the ReCAP process for Medical Affairs studies, ensuring consistent implementation and due diligence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a medical or clinical environment.
- Strong project leadership skills, organizational abilities, and long-term strategy focus.
- Experience handling publication vendors and/or medical affairs vendors is beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of study methodology, data analysis, and critical review of publications is advantageous.
