Job Description:
The Clinical Trial Patient Engagement team is seeking four skilled Graphic Design & Animation folks to support the creation of patient-facing visual content for clinical trials. These roles will play a critical part in digitizing and enhancing patient engagement materials, ensuring clear, compelling, and accessible communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations for patient-facing materials related to clinical trials.
- Assist in digitizing content, making it more engaging and accessible for diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including patient engagement specialists, medical writers, and digital content teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Design content that adheres to regulatory guidelines and pharmaceutical industry standards for patient communication.
- Utilize motion graphics, infographics, and interactive elements to enhance patient understanding and engagement.
- Support content development for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and print media.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign), Blender, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience developing educational or patient-centric materials, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Ability to translate complex clinical trial information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in patient education.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare communications, medical illustration, or digital health content.
- Experience working with UX/UI design for healthcare applications.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and patient privacy considerations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Prior experience working on clinical trial-related projects.
