The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience and possess strong skills in Rapid Response Team Activation, Dysrhythmia Management, O2 Protocol Management, and Nurse-to-Patient Ratios (1:3-4).
Maintaining up-to-date certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIH, and ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias are essential. Proficiency in computerized documentation and knowledge of isolation precaution/PPE practices are also required.
