Hospitality Associate – Medical Conference Center
One of the top Children's Hospitals in the U.S. is looking for a Hospitality Associate to help with the up keep of their Medical Conference Center. Provides hospitality services to the Medical Conference Center (MCC)
Performs a variety of cleaning, preparation of conference rooms, including set-ups, breakdowns, assisting with catering needs, and tasks in accordance with established work routines.

Responsibilities
Assists Manager and Director with Department of Health rules and regulations.
Prepares meeting rooms for meetings, including set-ups and breakdown of rooms.
Provides general cleaning before, during breaks, and after meetings. Assists caterers with deliveries, set-ups, and pickups.
Dusts, scrubs, and cleans surfaces, fixtures, furnishings, and elevator cabs located in the MCC department and other outlying conference rooms. This includes lobbies, 4th Floor restrooms, conference rooms, corridors, terrace, offices, overflow dining, and kitchen.
Keeps and maintains linen, china, silver, etc. inventory. Cleans warming ovens, serving stations, refrigerators, freezers on a daily basis.
Responsible for following Banquet Event Order (BEO) requests. Assists audio visual technicians, when possible, with requests.
Maintains equipment and materials used in a neat and orderly condition while working and cleaning.
Follows prescribed Safety Regulations.
Maintains professional growth and development. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills

Time management and organizational ability required.
Education
High School graduate preferred.
Must understand and comply with Department of Health rules and regulations.
Must have or be willing to obtain JCDPH food handler’s certification

Full range of body motions, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
Must be able to reach at or below shoulder; must be able to reach overhead.
