Role : Oracle Supply Chain Data Conversion Analyst

As our large Healthcare client moves from Oracle Cloud to Workday across their enterprise, they are looking for a resource well versed in Oracle Cloud FBDI (File Based Data Import) and Import Maps with the ability to translate spreadsheet data into Oracle-required templates listed above for upload. They should be able to troubleshoot issues and know how Oracle intakes that data, as well the ability to quality check that data once loaded.
Job Duties
- Primary – Daily FBDI uploads of item transactional data into the CORE Connect (Oracle) ERP.
- Primary – Weekly reconciliation of data to ensure all built items are setup to be transactable (can be requisitioned & purchased)
- Primary – Work with Vendor Management Office to initiate supplier setup & maintenance requests
- Primary – Build new Blanket Purchase Agreements based on Supplier setups
- Secondary – Monitor MDI work queue’s and perform data maintenance requests (price updates, stock / non-stock updates, various item maintenance requests)
