Performance Improvement Specialist
6 Month Contract
Hybrid - Clinton, MD
Part time OR Full Time, 30-40 hrs / week
Start Date : ASAP
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years of Healthcare Performance Improvement Experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Strong performance improvement experience
- Workflow redesign, process mapping, etc.
- Must have strong project management skills
- Managing full project lifecycle, maintaining project goals, adherence to milestones, providing stakeholder feedback, eliciting team feedback, organizing team meetings, status updates, etc.
- Must be a strong communicator, and have previous experience collaborating with project stakeholders at an executive level
- Ability to hit the ground running at a fast pace
- Experience utilizing standard PM tracking systems (Asana preferred)
