This resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global integrated development training/IT plans, manage project scope, and drive delivery of project achievement.
Job Description:
The ALM Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the transition of every Therapeutic Area to a new LMS, Adobe LMS, and its integration with the renowned global pharmaceutical company and their internal systems. This position will ensure effective project execution and cross-functional collaboration/management across various business areas.
Adobe Learning Manager, Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-year degree (MS, MBA, or PMP Certification preferred).
- 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application lifecycle management, platform transitions, or large-scale initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, experience with ALM tools, and familiarity with the technical aspects of LMS platforms.
- LMS transition/transformation to Adobe LMS
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and expertise in risk management and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and integration of the Adobe LMS platform, ensuring smooth transition and system buildouts in phases across multiple business areas.
- Develop and execute communication plans that ensure key stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, are informed of project milestones, progress, and risks.
- Contribute to continuous learning by documenting lessons learned and ensuring these insights inform future workstreams and project rollouts.
- Foster collaboration and strong relationships between all project teams, stakeholders, and business leaders.
