Project Manager - Performance Improvement & Analytics
6 Month Contract
Hybrid - (Clinton, MD)
Full Time, 40 hr/week

Summary:
The PI&A Project Manager oversees and manages the execution of small-(departmental or entity-specific) to large-scale (multi-
entity or enterprise-wide) projects aligned with MedStar's administrative, clinical, financial, and technical strategic goals and
objectives. He or she coaches and mentors project team members through the details of: project initiating, planning, executing,
monitoring, and closing projects, including benefits realization and sustainable transition to the business owner. The PI&A
Project Manager supports sustainability and a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for the application of
PI methods and tools for operational teams, as well as a strategy for implementing them. He or she practices sound change
management approaches to engage and lead teams, while developing sustainable relationships with project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
-3 years of operational Healthcare project management experience (5 preferred)
-Must be a strong communicator, and have previous experience collaborating with project stakeholders at an executive level
-Ability to hit the ground running at a fast pace
-Experience utilizing standard PM tracking systems (Asana preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
-Any coding, RCM, or utilization review experience
-Applicable certifications/training (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
