Translational Research Associate
Medasource is looking for an experienced scientist to join our Translational Research team in the Oncology Therapeutic Area. The chosen candidate will contribute to the advancement of novel therapeutic approaches by conducting functional and molecular testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting plate-based experiments to support the development of pipeline projects.
- Developing and implementing cell biology assays, focusing on cell growth, death, and immune cell isolation.
- Interpreting complex data, revising experiments, and resolving issues.
- Presenting data summaries to project teams and senior colleagues.
- Effective collaboration to meet project deadlines and communicating results through standard channels.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or M.S. with relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven expertise in cell biology and assay development.
- Experience with cell/tissue culture and flow cytometry/FACS.
- Cancer Biology background desirable.
- Prior experience in Biotech/Pharma beneficial.
