Medasource is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lima, Ohio.

Position Details : 6K General MS / Tele and RenalThis position will not accept local candidates. Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available)Must have 2 years of experienceTravel experience not requiredBLS, ACLS required12 HR PM, EOW, EOHUnit Specific Details : 28 BedsPreferred exp : CAPD experience. Drips : Cardizem, Nitro, Heparin.Oxygen : Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Nasal Cannula.Charge nurses are out of ratio on days and in ratio on nights.Nurses are expected to read / interpret telemetry every 4 hours in EPIC. Phlebotomy is available to do peripheral lab draws.
