Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices
- Prescribe and manage medications, including Spravato and ketamine, ensuring patient safety and efficacy
- Administer and oversee TMS therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to support patients' mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in psychiatry
