MedBridge Healthcare, a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy, is seeking an experienced Sleep Technologist/RPSGT to join our Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, SD. As a full-time employee, you will work on shifts typically from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, with opportunities for additional incentive pay based on productivity.
About the Role
- This position involves working under the general supervision of another sleep technologist to learn the necessary skills to become a sleep technologist.
- You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing patient information, collecting data, and scoring polysomnographic records.
- Your duties will include preparing and calibrating equipment, applying electrodes and sensors, performing physiologic calibrations, and documenting observations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to recognize and provide age-specific care for patients of all ages. You will be required to maintain current CPR or BCLS certification and comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding safety and infection control.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
