We work with 9 of the top 10 Private Practice and hospital systems nationwide, and 6 of the top 10 home health organizations, with a nearly 100% client retention rate.WHAT YOU WILL DOLead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope and timeline.Assess client health systems to identify clinical challenges and align solutions with their objectives.Develop and track detailed project plans, establishing key metrics and mitigating risks to ensure implementation stays on track.Collaborate with key stakeholders on executing a bespoke change management plan to secure buy-in, address concerns, and facilitate operational changes.Conduct training sessions for clinical staff, ensuring effective adoption of the Medbridge platform.Maintain accurate customer records and update project progress using CRM and project management tools.Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, driving insights for product and content development and shaping future implementation frameworks.WHAT WE NEEDBA / BS degree or equivalent experience.3–6 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of medium to large-sized technology implementation projects in the healthcare / healthtech sector, with a proven track record of delivering on time (e.g., EMR / EHR integration or other operations-impacting technology).Strong background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) project management, with 2–4 years of experience supporting client process optimization and change management, preferably within a healthcare context.Demonstrated ability to guide healthcare clients through clinician-impacting operational changes, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.Expertise in project management tasks and governance, including project planning, resource reporting, risk mitigation, and escalation to senior management.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate complex decision-making, resolve issues, and align operational needs with technical solutions.
