Long Term Care LPN - Seattle, WA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8hr Eves (1400 - 2230)
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, Must have experience with Central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, Starting IV's
- First-Timers Accepted: No, previous travel experience is required (1 year of travel experience)
- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BCLS
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: No, License in hand is required
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
