Can this clinic take a PTA? Yes

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Float to other clinics : Yes - Woodburn, OR

Patient Population : Outpatient

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
