Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare staff to deliver patient-centered care.
- Monitor patient conditions, assess care needs, and document medical records accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License in Minnesota (or compact license).
- Minimum of 1-year experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
