What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Family Practice(PT/FT) (Exp Req) position at medcare group?
We are looking for a professional Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient medical records by assuring the patient schedules follow-up visits. The successful candidate will work as a team with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.
Nurse Practitioner responsibilities
* Perform initial patient screenings
* Confirm patient history
* Perform physical examinations
*Update patient records accordingly
* Analyze test data to determine the need for further treatment
* Deliver quality care while maintaining the companies affordable healthcare model
* Serve as a platform of resources that the patient may need for further treatment by specialties.
* Must be a team player and open to improvement
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Preferably more than 10-year experience in nursing prior to obtaining Nurse Practitioner License.
