Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Texas license as LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- 1 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, and sensory needs
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team
- Flexible 12 week contract in Houston, Texas
- If you are already a BCBA licensed in another state, becoming a Licensed BCBA in Texas does not require another board exam and can occur within a few weeks
