LVN Job Duties :
- Responsible for delivering quality skilled care to the pediatric population in the home setting for 8–12 hour shifts
- Enables child to remain at home with their family instead of an in-patient facility
- Care for clients that have serious illnesses or disabilities may be recovering from serious injuries or extensive surgery
- Will be expected to assess their clients' conditions during every visit. This may include taking a client's vital signs, care and maintenance of gastrostomy tubes, seizure activity monitoring, tracheostomy care and maintenance, and / or care and maintenance of CPAP / BiPAP / ventilators.
