Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- Texas Occupational Therapy License (or able to obtain before anticipated start date)
- 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities
- Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living
- Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus
- Full-Time Positions with Monday-Friday Availability
- Schedule flexibility with 4 - 10’s, 5 - 8’s
