- Outpatient settings
- Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with no weekends.
- 12-15 Patients Per Day with additional support providing primary care to seniors with chronic conditions.
- Competitive salary package starting $250k - $275 K base plus quarterly production incentives.
- EMR is eClinicalWorks.
- No Pediatric Patients
