Job Summary
Alliance Medical Center is seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, the successful candidate will be responsible for integrating healthcare services to a diverse patient base in northern Sonoma County. This role requires strong clinical and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring high-quality care and implementing operating efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Integrate healthcare services to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with medical staff and related personnel to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to implement new processes and systems
• Promote high-quality clinical practice through a robust quality assurance program
• Serve as public health medical director during emergencies, guiding Alliance and its employees on implementing public health guidelines
Requirements
• Licensed Independent Practitioner (Physician, Board Certified -NP ) required
• 5 years clinical experience in the Outpatient setting required
• 3 years Supervisory experience with a team of 5 clinical members or more, required
• MD/DO, Board Certified, preferred
• FQHC experience, preferred
• Obstetrical and/or Pediatric experience, a plus
• Bilingual Spanish, a plus
