Minimum Requirements :
- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 3200 OR cases per year, mix of inpatient (26%) and outpatient (74%)
- Bread & butter anesthesia, general surgery, ortho, urology, endoscopy, healthy peds, ENT, regional
- DEA needed
