Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced pediatric hospitalist to join our new practice at Iredell Memorial Hospital in Statesville, North Carolina. Iredell Memorial is a 247-bed comprehensive healthcare facility with 600 to 800 annual births.
Responsibilities include :
- Primary management of patients in the pediatric unit
- Newborn Nursery coverage
- Consultation with families and referring physicians
- Call coverage
- Provide consults as needed in the Emergency Department
- Attendance at high-risk deliveries
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
