Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and a safe environment. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Emergency Department team, providing medical direction and guidance
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design and implement policies and procedures
- Mentor and educate physicians and staff on best practices in emergency medicine
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and be licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania. Experience in emergency medicine and strong leadership skills are also required.
