**Company Overview**
">We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Lowell Health Center in Indiana. Our team of providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and offer guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed. This physician will work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers to deliver the highest quality patient care.
Our flexible schedule includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. Practice Hours: Monday - Friday varies by day, Saturday 8:00 a.m.
