Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance with check-in, scheduling appointments, and answering questions.
- Utilize computer systems to manage patient records, track appointments, and perform administrative tasks.
- Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing and maintaining
Skills
- Experience as a personal assistant or in MEDSPA receptionist role.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience with order entry and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with dental or medical software and equipment is an asset.
- Clerical or medical receptionist experience is preferred.
