Our team of experienced medical communications professionals help our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry devise and implement transformative medical communications solutions that engage, inspire, and educate. Responsibilities
- Manages resource allocation and capacity planning within and across accounts and geographies to ensure optimal use of team capacity in a fast-moving, dynamic environment;
- Plans project tasks to ensure optimal use of team capacity;
- Works closely with the project, operational and account teams to ensure timely completion of all projects and tasks within the allocated timeline and budget;
- Communicates effectively with clients on status and to progress the project;
- Ensures effective workflow throughout the project lifecycle;
- Ensures processes are adhered to by the team, including complete, up to date and accurate project documentation and tracking;
- Proactively monitors project status: identifies and resolves issues; identifies and manages project risks;
- Ensures timely planning and management of client invoicing;
- Provides input to account managers to develop realistic effort estimates, project budgets and timelines for new business proposals;
- Identifies and implements opportunities to improve effectiveness & efficiency;

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in project management in a Medical Communications agency setting;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects and activities to meet the goals;
- Can operate effectively within an informal, agile, quality-oriented work environment;
- Resource and capacity planning and management expertise;
- Willing to travel to client meetings, medical congresses, and our offices;
- Proficiency with Apple Devices and Google Workspace, preferred.
