Come join our team of 2 full-time physicians and 2 full-time nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Compensation and Benefits :
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (125k )
o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $15,000
8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription paid CME time

Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
Four 10-hour days per week
Average 14-17 patients per day
o Scribe provided for providers that average 15 patients per day
Lab on site
30 exam rooms
