Well-established Urgent Care Practice seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to add to their growing practice. Locations : Shelton, Bridgeport, Fairfield, Trumbull, New Haven Salary Compensation : $60-80 / hr. Depending on experience. S tart Date : ASAP Specialty : Urgent Care, Family Medicine Work Schedule : 8AM - 8PM. 3 shifts per week. 1 weekend shift per week is required. PPD : 25-30 average and some higher Credentialing time frame : 10 days Benefits : Health insurance. health insurance. profit sharing, 401k. Malpractice with tail coverage. CME allowance 3k / year, 401k. Malpractice with tail coverage. Active CT license preferred but not required Board Certification required Willing to accepts new grads : Yes
