Overview :
The Security Officer ensures the safety of employees, patients, and visitors while securing clinic buildings and grounds. The position is a critical part of ensuring the public has a positive experience, serving as frontline staff greeting and directing visitors. In this position exemplary customer service is essential while proactively interacting with customers daily, performing crowd control, patrolling the interior and exterior of the facility, enforcing clinic policies, and responding to emergency situations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of experience in security, law enforcement, fire, military, safety, EMS, or similar occupation preferred.
- Must demonstrate complete knowledge and application of security, safety, or law enforcement techniques and procedures.
- Must either possess Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Certification or successfully complete the MOAB certification course within three months of employment.
- Current / valid Georgias drivers unrestricted license.
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
