Academic General Nephrologist Position with Research Opportunities
Overview
Join our collegial, professional and compassionate nephrology team at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking a patient-focused General Nephrologist to provide much-needed specialized care to our patients suffering from a plethora of kidney-related ailments.
- Work-life balance with standard schedule and shared call coverage amongst the entire nephrology team
- Split inpatient and outpatient coverage, including :
Inpatient rounding on nephrology patients
Participation in PKD and CKD clinicsDialysis and clinic outreach in outlying, suburban communitiesFaculty appointment with the Indiana University School of Medicine with expectation to educate and supervise residents and fellows, with research opportunities available if desiredQualifications :
Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine & NephrologyInternal Medicine residency & Nephrology fellowship completionsNew graduates or experienced physicians encouraged to applyPhysician MD / DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in IndianaRewarding Physician and Advanced Provider employment opportunities await with Indiana University Health Physicians.
