MEDDATA/MEDTRON is seeking a candidate to serve on our Front Office/Reception Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of reception and general office duties in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be able to complete tasks in an efficient and effective manner while maintaining a high regard for confidentiality, integrity and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Highly professional demeanor and ability to conduct activities with highest degree of confidentiality, integrity and loyalty
- Proactive mentality and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills and written/verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational skills, flexibility and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and operate switchboard
- Greet visitors professionally and courteously
- Maintain professional appearance of Front Office area
- Review outgoing mail correspondence to ensure proper HIPAA protocol followed
- Receive and route packages
- Manage daily calendar for internal and client scheduling of training and meetings
- Prepare variety of business documents.
- Various other medical billing related task.
This position requires candidates available to work: Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:55am and 5:00pm.
Job Type: Full-time
