Compensation: Per Diem: $57 per visit

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' functional abilities.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and safety measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions.
Skills
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy practices.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or home health settings is preferred.
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on occupational health and rehabilitation techniques.
- Ability to assist patients with various physical limitations while promoting independence.
- Familiarity with medical imaging processes as they relate to occupational therapy assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient care tasks efficiently.
