The Medefy Account Manager is responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with assigned Account Executive to act as a link between the company and clients to ensure all their needs are being met and that they’re satisfied with the work the company’s providing them.
- Work with Customer Success team and other internal departments to facilitate day-to-day tasks to maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Work to resolve client escalations and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Manages meetings, action items from meetings, plan renewal documentation, and app updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
You must have at least the following:
- Associate degree OR comparable record of account management experience
- At least 2 years of account management experience
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
It would be great if you have:
- Relatively tech savvy
- 2 years’ experience in any of the following areas: health insurance, employee benefits, insurance brokerage, HR, telemedicine, general healthcare.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing
Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties
Travel Requirements Percentage: Up to 20% may be required
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
- Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer
- Communicating with others to exchange information via typing
- Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens
- Ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems; Multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, able to perform duties from multiple sources
- Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances
- Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
