Medela is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Customer Excellence Specialist, Professional Care (Hospitals)

As a Bilingual Customer Excellence Specialist , you will play a vital role in supporting our hospital clients by providing top-notch service, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth operations of product and service issues. We are looking for someone with a customer-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems. If you have experience in order entry and product resolution, this opportunity is for you!
What You'll Do :
- Order Processing : Efficiently handle order entries, troubleshoot issues, and process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) for capital equipment orders related to hospital accounts. You'll also ensure accurate billing entries for monthly, fixed-rate, and prepaid hospital agreements.
- Customer Excellence : Act as the first point of contact for hospital accounts, addressing any service and repair needs while maintaining excellent communication across all channels.
- Problem Solving : Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, including issues with shipping, returns, and serial records.
