About the Team
We are a dynamic team at Medela, dedicated to supporting moms, families, patients, and healthcare professionals from hospital to home. As a Manager of Internal Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping our internal communications strategy and ensuring that all employees are aligned with our vision and goals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in internal communications, preferably in a CPG and/or healthcare environment. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing internal communications plans that cover employee engagement, change management, and organizational development.
- Partnering with HR, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across functions.
- Managing and curating intranet content, maintaining a collaborative platform that informs and engages employees.
- Leading internal initiatives such as town halls and change management programs to align employees with our vision and strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years professional experience in internal communications, preferably in a CPG and/or healthcare environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with any other language being a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and content management tools, with experience with Canva and Adobe Suite being highly desirable.
