Position Details :
As an Onboarding Associate at MedElite, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience for new hires while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring the timely completion of necessary paperwork, background checks, certifications, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will review and process credentialing applications for healthcare providers in facilities, submitting credentialing packets and ensuring their approval.
Credentialing Responsibilities :
- Review and process credentialing applications for healthcare providers in facilities.
- Submit the credentialing packet to facilities and ensure they get approved.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate with providers and external organizations to obtain necessary information.
Onboarding Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or a similar role within a medical or healthcare setting.
Knowledge : Familiarity with healthcare regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).

Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000
