About the Role
You’ll be at the forefront of Medrecruit’s digital growth - leading data-driven strategies across Google, Meta, and key digital channels. You’ll own campaign performance, experiment relentlessly, and continuously improve how we attract and engage healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Paid Media: Manage and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and medical job boards.
- Experimentation & CRO: A/B testing is second nature to you. You’ll lead with hypotheses and never stop optimising for performance.
- Data & Insights: Dive into GA4, Looker Studio, Holistics, and Salesforce to uncover insights, measure success, and inform smarter decisions.
- AI-Forward Thinking: You’re tuned in to how AI is evolving digital marketing — especially how search is changing — and you’re not just watching it happen, you’re applying it.
- SEO: You’ll lead our SEO strategy, improving visibility and organic performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our content and design teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, impactful, and aligned to business goals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor shifts in healthcare, recruitment, and digital trends to uncover new opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5 years in digital marketing, with deep hands-on experience across SEM, SMM, SEO, and CRO.
- A proven ability to manage and optimise six-figure monthly ad budgets.
- Advanced skills in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- A test-and-learn mindset - you’re always iterating, always improving.
- A curious, growth-oriented approach - you keep up with change, especially where AI is disrupting traditional channels.
- Strong communicator and true team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- (Bonus) Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Holistics.
- (Bonus) Experience in healthcare or recruitment.
