Job Description

• As a Full-Time Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing nursing practice, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare team members.
• Responsibilities include making initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visits, determining primary focus of care, developing plans of care within state-specific guidelines, and submitting accurate, complete, and timely documentation, per policy.
