Job Overview
As the Director’s Assistant, you will support the Director of Medical Operations in ensuring the efficiency of our services. You will be primarily responsible for managing inventory, assisting with paperwork, and coordinating crew schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a background in medical operations or healthcare, and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Order medical supplies and ensure inventory is up-to-date.
- Assist with scheduling ambulance crews to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
- Complete and maintain required paperwork and documentation for operations.
- Coordinate with the Director of Medical Operations to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff performance and operational metrics.
