Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
· 5 years minimum supervisory experience in a CNC production environment
· 5 years experience operating and programming CNC Machinery
· Ability to utilize SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM software
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
· Ability to utilize an ERP system
· Successful completion of machine trades program a plus

Responsibilities
· The Production Supervisor organizes, coordinates, and supervises employees and activities within the CNC Machining team to ensure an effective and efficient machining operation that meets safety, quality, and production standards
· Assigns work to department personnel to meet department objectives using knowledge of production processes, company policies, production schedules, work orders, equipment capacity and employee capabilities
· Readily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and product flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost effective, quality-oriented manufacturing operations
· Establishes and controls procedures to meet production schedules
· Establishes and monitors cost control systems to achieve department budget objectives
· Facilitates and promotes company policy and core values
· Provides training, support, direction and guidance to department personnel to continually develop their work habits, job skills and safety practices
· Evaluates employee performance and drives accountability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
