Cultivation

Cannabis cultivation is a very detail-oriented and repetitive job. It requires passion for the industry, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow direction very closely. You must be able to handle critique, have strong hand-eye coordination, and be able to improve your quality and speed as you learn. Attendance and flexibility are also extremely important within this role.

The right candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; is resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team, and prioritizes quality. Trimmers are primarily responsible for creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for sale or processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning / cleanliness is the number one responsibility.
• Showing up on time consistently and ready to work.
• Ladder work required
• Trimming, Pruning and removing foliage for different strains of cannabis efficiently and in a timely manner with repetitive hand motions. Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing daily tasks.
• You must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, and you must be willing to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Clean up before and after processing.
• Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
• Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

SKILLS
Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
MUST have experience trimming.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
At least 21 years of age.
Demonstrated passion for serving the medical cannabis community.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must not have been convicted of any felony offense.
Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
