Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prompt and regular attendance at work.
- Provide quality patient care utilizing thorough knowledge and appropriate administration of Critical Care Training, ACLS, and Critical Care Transport Standing Orders.
- Assist in treating with appropriate techniques (resources and equipment) any medical situation while maintaining the highest standard of patient care according to current Company standards.
- Complete run reports for each transport with appropriate patient care documentation and billing information.
- Maintain CCP continued medical education requirements to maintain a higher level of training and education.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the ambulance, equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Will provide our customers with professional and courteous communication and service.
- Will actively market the CCP program to maintain a positive image and understanding of the CCP program.
- Understand the procedure for vehicle checkout, reporting equipment failure, submitting expended supply reports on a daily basis.
- Record all runs in CCP Log spreadsheet when indicated.
- Attend CCP Staff meetings.
- Perform stocking and cleaning of CCP vehicle and station.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of CCP policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Working Environment :
Works outdoors and indoors with occasional exposure to hazardous conditions and to blood / body fluids, requires respirator use, fumes / odors, extended day, and temperature changes. Frequently works with others, face-to-face contact with others with exposure to noise, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment. Performs shift work and performs duties frequently in a mobile environment and in confined areas.
