Minimum Qualifications :

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- EMS or Fire Department EMT or Paramedic experience for at least five (5) years
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
- State of Florida EMT or Paramedic Licensure and / or NREMT Certification required
- Current state of Florida driver license
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic Credential
- Five (5) years of EMS or Fire Management experience
- Two (2) years of Community Paramedic Experience
- Community Paramedic Credential
- Community Health Worker Credential
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- The Operations Manager is required to sit, stand, walk, climb or balance, step, stoop, kneel; and talk or hear.
- The Operations Manager is required to pull, lift, grasp, reach, use hands, finger movement, and repetitive motions.
- Must frequently lift and / or carry a minimum of 140 pounds up to 200 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
