Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and administrative duties: bookkeeping, AP/AR, Motor Vehicle Tag & Title, and Vehicle Management/billing - Automotive Dealership experience a huge plus.
- Manage vehicle invoices and repair orders.
- Vehicle Title Clerk experience, AR/AP, bookkeeping and experience with reconciliations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as automotive office staff
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and experience with automotive DMS systems and accounting practices a plus.
- Experience with Ford Motor company accounting practices and CDK accounting systems a plus
- Notary (unexpired)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload including answering phones, cashiering etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $47,500.00 per year
