Qualified applications must possess a Chapter 74 license in Culinary Arts or meet the eligibility requirements for licensure, which include:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Five years of recent (within the last seven years), full-time employment experience directly related to culinary arts
Possession of current certification in food sanitation
Passing score of at least 70% on each test (written test and performance test) in culinary arts
Passing score on either the Vocational Literacy Skills Test or the Communications and Literacy Skills Test
